ICHI IS A RESTAURANT IN STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN.
We serve a set menu called Yushoku.
The menu is seasonal and can therefore vary from day to day.

We serve:
– a 8-course menu from 915 SEK (Wednesday to Saturday);
– a 5-course menu from 675kr (Wednesday and Thursday).
The dinner service takes about 2-2,5 hours.
The menu is ever-changing depending on seasonal flavours and availability of produce.
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies and we will be happy to change your menu accordingly.

Bookings
Reservations can only be made on our website www.ichisthlm.se
Each day at midnight (CET) we open reservations online for 60 days in advance.
You can reserve tables for up to 6 guests per table.
Reservations must be confirmed by a debit or credit card, instructions will be sent once a booking has been made.

Cancellations
Any cancellations or changes to the number of guests must be notified no later than 24h prior to your booking, after this point in time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 500SEK per person. If you do not receive a booking confirmation please contact the restaurant immediately.

Booking options
Our restaurant is built in four sections.
These options appears in booking, according to availability and demand.

Dining Room, regular tables with seating for one to six persons.
Dining Room Counter, counter seats in the dining room with one to four seats with traditional Japanese dining.
Private booth, table for four in chambre séparée.
The kitchen bar, bar with a kitchen view, with one to four seats with traditional japanese dining.

We serve the same menu in all sections.

OUR STORY

It all began at our sister restaurant barobao where Saori Ichihara did a colab dinner. This happened to be our first guest performance and also the last. From that day an idea was born.
We sat down and started sketching on what became ICHI. Together we designed, built and created a restaurant with one goal. 

Executed with a big heart, dreams and knowledge. This together with Japanese techniques our goal is to bring a restaurant experience with new flavours and creative cooking to Stockholm.

Saori Ichihara, Executive Chef and co-owner was born in Osaka, Japan in 1989 and moved to Sweden 2014.
She has a background from some of Stockholm’s finest restaurants such as Esperanto(*)(2018†) and Oaxen Krog(**) and has been awarded the bronze medal of the Swedish Gastronomic Academy.
Winner of the Stella-award 2018 for Best Female Chef.
Saori has now started her own journey at ICHI; a new version of Nordic and Japanese cuisine.

ICHI has been awarded ”2018 year’s star(WHITE GUIDE 2018), ”2018 years fine dining restaurant”(METRO 2018), ”2018 years best restaurant”(ALLT OM STOCKHOLM 2018) AND MICHELIN GUIDE 2019.
ICHI received one circle in the first edition of 360°Eat Guide, ICHI restaurant is there for one of the 80 best restaurants in the Nordics based on a combination of your gastronomy and sustainability work.
