ICHI IS A RESTAURANT IN STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN.
We serve a dinner menu called Yushoku.
The menu is seasonal and can vary from day to day.

We serve a fixed price menu from 645 SEK and the dinner service takes about 2-2,5 hours.
The menu is ever-changing depending on seasonal flavours and availability of produce.
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies and we will be happy to change your menu accordingly.

We have a few drop-in chairs in the bar that operates on a first come first served basis.

Bookings
We accept reservations one month in advance and the dates will be released on the first day of the previous month.
For example, all days in May will be bookable on 1st April.
You can reserve tables for up to 5 guests per table.
Reservations for 1 people or more must be confirmed by a debit or credit card, instructions will be sent once a booking has been made.

Cancellations
Any cancellations or changes to the number of guests must be notified no later than 24h prior to your booking, after this point in time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 345SEK per person. If you do not receive a booking confirmation please contact the restaurant immediately.

ICHI is a cash free restaurant, we only accept card payments.

OUR STORY

It all began at our sister restaurant barobao where Saori Ichihara did a colab dinner. This happened to be our first guest performance and also the last. From that day an idea was born.
We sat down and started sketching on what became ICHI. Together we designed, built and created a restaurant with one goal. 

Executed with a big heart, dreams and knowledge. This together with Japanese techniques our goal is to bring a restaurant experience with new flavours and creative cooking to Stockholm.

Saori Ichihara, Head chef and co-owner was born in Osaka, Japan in 1989 and moved to Sweden 2014.
She has a background from some of Stockholm’s finest restaurants such as Esperanto(*) and Oaxen Krog(**) and has been awarded the bronze medal of the Swedish Gastronomic Academy.
Saori has now started her own journey at ICHI; a new version of Nordic and Japanese cuisine.
